Refunds & DVM Production + Production Reporting

We are improving how PawthosX handles refunds inside reporting.

The goal is to make production reports clearer, fairer, and easier to understand when refunds happen.

Planned support includes:

• Showing refunds clearly in production reports

• Separating gross production from refunded amounts

• Showing net production after refunds

• Connecting refunds back to the original invoice when possible

• Supporting item-level refund tracking where available

• Making refund impact easier for owners and managers to review

• Improving audit visibility around refund activity

This work is intended to help clinics better understand how refunds affect revenue and provider production without needing to manually untangle invoices later.
