Invoice changes: Add visit date/time Right now the receipt shows invoice date but not explicitly the visit timestamp. Clinics often need this for: insurance claims owner reimbursement rabies exposure documentation Example: Visit Date: Mar 11, 2026 β 5:32 PM 2. Patient identifier Large clinics often like a quick patient ID: Patient ID: 102834 Helpful when clients call with the receipt. 3. Payment reference If cards are used later, include last four digits automatically: Payment: Visa β’β’β’β’ 1134 For cash itβs fine as-is. 4. Optional doctor field Some hospitals like: Attending Veterinarian: Dr. Lewis Useful for multi-doctor practices. 5. Receipt clarity You might want to change: RECEIPT #EST-20260311-001 to: Invoice / Receipt EST-20260311-001
